Hi. It is impossible to report these every time they happen as they happen regularly but sporadically and unpredictably. It takes too much time to report every time.
For example, yesterday morning first thing the one-click copying was copying only the tagged headword, as reported previously by several people. It then worked fine for several hours, with no further problems.
