If you enter save, the Sketch Engine will generate a concordance of all of the following:

• save-saved-saves-saving (the lemma of the verb)
• save-saves (the lemma of the noun - what goalkeepers make)
• save (preposition: everyone was killed save Franco himself)

If you enter open window, the Sketch Engine will generate a concordance of all of the following:

• open window
• open-ing/s/ed window/s (all the combinations of the lemmas of both words)

Note that Query searches are case sensitive. The same search in the Word Form box/field in Keywords is not by default case sensitive.
