To show the document identification of all extracts:

• After making a concordance, click on View Options in the left hand side menu (NOT on KWIC/Sentence).
• Scroll down the References menu until you find the relevant structure name e.g. bnc.docid.
• Select it (You can select more than one item by holding down ctrl, or select all options from one point to another by holding shift).
• Click on Change View Options.
• The concordance will now show the document identification at the left hand side of the concordance extracts.
