To sort the lines in a concordance you have several options:

• First make a concordance
• If you click on Sort in the left hand side panel then you will be able to use the simple and multi-level options described here.
• Alternatively, beneath Sort in the left hand side panel you have the following options:
  • Left (Right): to sort by the text left (Right) of the node
  • Node: to sort by the text in the central column (referred to as the node or KWIC see our Jargon Buster)
  • References: to sort by the document references at the left hand side of the concordance
  • Shuffle: the concordance will be shuffled (i.e. the order of the lines will be jumbled arbitrarily)
