Select switch menu position if you wish to have the left hand side options displayed in two horizontal rows at the top of the main screen. If you do this some of the sub-options will appear as drop down menus when your cursor is positioned over a given option. To revert to the standard display with options in the left hand side panel select switch menu position (now top right) again.

All the sketch engine help pages assume the default setting with the options on the left hand side so switching the menu position is not recommended unless you are familiar with sketch engine.
